Salsa with Fresh Cilantro

Ingredients:


1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves

2 medium Tomatoes, Chopped

1 small Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper - Peeled, Seeded and Minced

1/4 cup Chopped Onion

1 Clove Garlic Minced

1/2 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican foods. Great in guacamole. Makes approximately 1 cup. Typed by Syd Bigger.
