4 cups tomato concasse

2 cups onion

1/4 cup red hot chile

1 cup white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh oregano

1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-48 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
