Ingredients:


2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1 Medium jalapenos -- seeded, minced. (1

1/4 cup minced sweet white onion

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 dash sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Makes: 2cups Fresh, ripe tomatoes make the absolute best salsa. Vary the number of jalapenos based on how hot you like your salsa. And if you like it really hot, don't seed the chiles. Serve the salsa over grilled fish or with tortilla chip
