Ingredients:


3 large grapefruit

2 medium oranges

1 medium mango -- diced

1 small red onion -- (peeled and diced)

1 small red pepper -- julienne

1 medium yellow pepper -- julienne

1 large chile pepper -- julienne

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully. Serving Ideas : Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
