Ingredients:


1 medium Onion large finely chopped

1/4 cup vinegar

1 medium cucumber finely chopped

1/4 cup oil

3 medium tomatoes finely chopped

1 medium juice from squeezed lemon

3 medium radishes finely chopped

1 dash salt

1 bunch green onions -- (tops, to)

1 dash pepper

1/2 bunch cilantro -- (no stems)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients. If desired, add 3 or 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers without seeds. In Spanish, Bandera means 'flag'. So the colors of this salsa reflect the colors in the flag of Mexic
