Peach Salsa - 2

Ingredients:


1 cup peeled -- chopped peaches

1/4 cup chopped red onions

1/4 cup chopped yellow or green pepper

1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

2 teaspoons snipped fresh cilantro -- parsley, or basil

1 teaspoon sugar

1 dash ground red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a medium bowl, stir everything together. Cover and chill for up to 6 hours. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
