Ingredients:


1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 medium fresh lemon -- juice of

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro

1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 medium jalapeno peppers -- seed and chop

1 can chopped green chili peppers

4 medium tomatoes -- peel and chop
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, cilantro, and garlic in a medium bowl. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to mix. Cover and chill. Fresh cilantro and dry mustard make this recipe unusually good.
