Golden Salmon Steaks

Ingredients:


4 fillets salmon steaks -- about 1 1/2 in. thick

1 tablespoon onion -- grated

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons butter -- melted

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon parsley

1 medium lemon -- cut in wedges
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place steaks on greased grill. Combine onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and thyme, with butter. Baste steaks with one-half of the butter mixture. Cook about 6-8 minutes per side or until steaks flake easily with a fork. Garnish with paprika and parsley, add lemon wedges.
