Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 pound salmon

1/2 teaspoon dill

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon onion soup mix

1/4 cup parsley

1 pound savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, except parsley and crackers in a food processor pulse to blend cover and chill for 4-96 hours shape into a log roll in minced parsley serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side
