1 pound FRESH SALMON FILLET

2 tablespoons FRESH LIME JUICE

2 tablespoons MELTED BUTTER

2 tablespoons BUSHA BROWNES LIME PEPPER JELLY -- MELTED
 

Preparation / Directions:


SQUEEZE LIME JUICE OVER SALMON. PLACE UNDER HOT GRILL AND BROIL UNTIL GOLDEN, BRUSHING AT INTERVALS WITH BUSHA BROWNE'S LIME PEPPER JELLY AND MELTED BUTTER. APPROXIMATE COOKING TIME: 7 - 8 MINUTES. WHEN DONE, FISH WILL FLAKE WITH A FORK. DO NOT OVERCOOK. . (ALSO EXCELLENT WITH SWORDFISH, SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS.)
