Debbie's baked salmon

this recipe is simple and my kids love it. Goes well with baked macaroni and cheese but that another recipe
 

Ingredients:


1 fillet red or silver salmon bones removed

1/2 cup catsup

1 cup miracle whip

1/2 medium onion minced

1/4 cup bacon bits or cooked diced bacon

1 rib celery diced

1 medium carrot grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place filled of salmon in greased pan or place in greased heavy foil for bbq grill. Make sure it lays flat skin side down. Mix all ingredients and coat fish with it. Cover with foil and bake at 400 or bbq over hot coals til fish flakes easily. This takes about 30 minutes. Enjoy~!

salmon is quite good for you and your kids get the benefits of a taste of veggies disquised.
