Salmon And Blue Cheese Pate

Ingredients:


213 gram canned pink Alaska salmon

100 gram dolcelatte cheese

50 grams curd or cream cheese

50 grams unsalted butter -- melted

1 package French or melba toasts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain the can of salmon and put the fish in a food processor or blender along with the cheeses and butter. Blend until smooth. Pile into a serving dish and chill until firm. Serve with plenty of toast.
