Ingredients:


3 cups salmon

2 cups soft bread crumbs

2 large well beaten eggs.

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons baking powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix thoroughly. Chill. Shape and fry in deep fat at 365F of fry in 1/2 inch hot of oil in a frying pan.
