Ingredients:


1 pound can salmon -- flaked

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco or cayenne pepper

3/4 cup cracker meal

2 large egg whites

1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Shape into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or portion into greased muffin cups. 3. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes
