Ingredients:


2 teaspoons wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

3 cups cherry tomatoes

3 cups cucumber
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine the vinegar, sugar, and oil-mix well season to taste with salt and pepper add the tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta cheese-toss to mix well serve slightly chilled
