Ingredients:


1/2 cup red leaf lettuce -- washed dried and torn

1 cup boston lettuce -- washed dried and torn

1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts

1 whole small cucumber -- peeled sliced and quartered

2 sprigs fresh cilantro -- chopped

1 tablespoon dry roasted sunflower seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, top with your favorite dressing, and serve. 2 servings/Serving size: 1/2 recipe
