Zesty Alaska Surimi Seafood Salad

2 tablespoons cocktail sauce (with horseradish)
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
8 ounces Alaska surimi seafood chopped
2/3 cup celery chopped fine

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill weed until blended. 2. Add Alaska surimi and celery, mix well. 3. Serve on bed of lettuce with sliced lemon, bell pepper, and fresh dill, if desired.
