Ingredients:


3 1/2 cups sauerkraut, undrained

1 large green pepper, chopped fine

1 medium onion, chopped fine

1 cup chopped celery

1 jar pimentos, chopped fine

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup salad oil

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients and add to first mixture. Let stand in refrigerator at least 24 hours. Pour off most of the juice before serving.
