Apple and Potato Salad

Ingredients:


1 Medium Carrot

1 Small Onion

2 large Eggs

2 Medium Celery Sticks

2 Medium Apples (one tart and one sweet)

5 Medium Potatoes

5 Medium Baby Dill Pickles

2 medium Halves Green Pepper

4 Tablespoon Mayo

1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook Potatoes and Eggs together(Remove Eggs after 5 Min) Cook Carrots (Separately) Cut all cooked Ingredients to bit size Mix all remaning Ingredients together Cover with plastic wrap Refrigerate for 3 to 4 Hrs.
