Preparation / Directions:
Put oil on skillet. Place all the pieces of garlic on heated oil in skillet. Sautee until garlic is soft...do not allow it to turn brown.
Sprinkle seasoning on the chicken and place each piece carefully on the skillet so that each slice is touching the bottom of the pan. Sautee until chicken is ready. I sometimes add white cooking wine and let the chicken cook for a little longer on small-med flame. Slice chicken pieces.
Start with lettuce, tomato, onion, red bell pepper, sliced chicken and dressing. Simple as that! Enjoy.
