Ingredients:


3 1/2 pounds red-skinned potatoes -- boiled and sliced

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup pickle juice

2 large hard-boiled eggs -- chopped

1 bunch scallions -- chopped

1 jar pimientos -- drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients. Serve.
