Shell's Potatoe Salad

6 medium potatoes
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 medium onion
4 large hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon mustard
3 teaspoon sweet pickle mustard
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

Preparation / Directions:

cook potatoes until soft then cool. add finely chopped onion. combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, mustard and sweet pickle mustard. Mix. Add to potatoes and mix well. add in sliced eggs and stir.
