Frosted Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

16 ounces iceberg lettuce salad mix
3 1/2 ounces pepperoni sliced, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 medium cauliflower (2 pounds), separated into flowerets (6 cups)
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1 bottle Parmesan Dressing
2 cups seasoned croutons
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Layer lettuce, pepperoni, cauliflower and onion in large glass bowl. 2. Prepare Parmesan Dressing; drop by spoonfuls over onion. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors but no longer than 24 hours. 3. Just before serving, sprinkle with croutons; toss.
