Mediterranean Rotini Salad

Ingredients:

10 ounces rotini -- cooked and cooled
4 ounces feta cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 cup green pepper -- chopped
1 cup green onion -- chopped
1 cup fresh tomato -- chopped
1 cup black olives
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh basil -- chopped
2 teaspoons parsley -- chopped
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss pasta with ingredients in given order. 2. Add more or less spices to taste.
