Warm Crostini Of Knockalara Feta Cheese With Basil Pesto

2 medium homemade white yeast rolls -- halved and slightly buttered
4 slices feta cheese -- topped with
1 jar pesto
1 package salad leaves -- washed and dried
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard -- to taste
1 teaspoon salt and pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Warm Crostini of Knockalara Feta Cheese with Basil Pesto and Organic Salads Place Feta Cheese on the Bread Rolls and put under a hot grill. Arrange Salad Leaves on four plates. Whisk Salad Dressing ingredients together and sprinkle over the leaves. When the crostini are ready (just a few minutes), put onto the plates with the salad and serve immediately while melting hot.
