Turkey Salad

Ingredients:


3 cups cooked turkey

1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts

1/2 cup celery

3/4 cup macadamia nuts

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons candied ginger

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 cup pineapple
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine turkey, water chestnuts, celery, macadamia nuts, and vinegar add ginger-mix well combine mayonnaise and curry powder-mix well add pineapple and soy sauce-mix well fold into turkey mixture cover and chill for 4 hours arrange on whole lettuce leaves, in melon halves, or in pineapple shells serve slightly chilled
