Taco Salad Supreme -Ole

Ingredients:


1 head Lettuce

1 pound Hamburger

1/2 cup Taco Seasoning

3/4 cup Water

3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese -- (Shredded)

1 can Black Olives

1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise

1 package Dorritos Nacho Chips

1 jar Heavenly -- (Green) Salsa Verde

1 jar Salsa of your choice

1 jar Jalepenos

2 medium Onions -- (diced)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Brown hamburger in pan; drain well. Place meat back in pan, add taco seasoning and water; then let simmer for about 15-20 min. until excess water has evaporated. 2. While meat is cooking, dice lettuce in about 1and1/2 inch square pieces and place in large serving or mixing bowl. Add shredded cheese and olives. ** Serving Options: Crush chips in smaller/bite size pieces place in mixing bowl with Mayo; Toss until smooth, and serve immediately to avoid a “Soggy” salad. OR Serve immediately with chips on the side, allowing individuals to add their own Mayo, and preferred condiments.
