Preparation / Directions:
1. Brown hamburger in pan; drain well. Place meat back in pan, add taco
seasoning and water; then let simmer for about 15-20 min. until excess
water
has evaporated. 2. While meat is cooking, dice lettuce in about 1and1/2 inch
square pieces and place in large serving or mixing bowl. Add shredded
cheese
and olives.
** Serving Options: Crush chips in smaller/bite size pieces place in mixing
bowl with Mayo; Toss until smooth, and serve immediately to avoid a “Soggy”
salad. OR Serve immediately with chips on the side, allowing individuals to
add their own Mayo, and preferred condiments.
