3/4 cup wish-bone italian dressing
1 medium cucumber -- sliced
1 medium tomato -- cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
1 medium iceberg lettuce -- cut into 12 wedges
1 1/2 cups real french fried onions

Preparation / Directions:

In medium bowl, combine Italian dressing, cucumber, tomato and olives; chill. On 12-inch platter, arrange lettuce wedges in a circular pattern. Just before serving, combine 1/2 cup French fried onions with vegetables. Spoon vegetable mixture onto lettuce wedges; top with remaining French fried onions. Serve, if desired, with additional Italian dressing. Makes about 12 servings.
