Ingredients:

1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
1/2 pound bay shrimp
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:

Reserve 2-3 tablespoons shrimp as garnish combine remaining ingredients-mix well chill for 1-48 hours spread onto crackers or cutouts of bread garnish with shrimp serve chilled, or at room temperature
