Ingredients:

28 ounces sauerkraut -- rinse and drain
1 cup green bell pepper -- minced
1 cup pimento -- minced
2 cups celery -- minced
1 medium onion -- minced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Place sauerkraut and ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. 2. Mix the dressing in a small bowl l and pour over the sauerkraut, Mix well.... let chill and marinate 24 hours.
