Ingredients:


2 quarts mixed salad greens

1/2 pound salami -- cut into strips

8 ounces mozzarella cheese -- cut into strips

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts -- (10 oz.)

1 cup pitted ripe olives

1 medium tomato -- cut into wedges

1/3 cup roasted red peppers -- cut into strips

1 cup wish-bone italian dressing -- (8 oz.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except Italian dressing; cover and chill. Just before serving, toss with dressing. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread. Makes about 4 main-dish or 8 side-dish servings. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Robusto Italian or Lite Italian Dressing.
