Ingredients:


1/2 cup wish-bone italian dressing

5 cups suggested fresh vegetables*
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large shallow baking dish, pour Italian dressing over Suggested Fresh Vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. On 6-inch wooden skewers, thread vegetables as desired. Makes about 8 servings. *Suggested Fresh Vegetables: cauliflowerets, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, green pepper chunks, mushroom caps, zucchini slices.
