Raspberry Glace (Dinner Salad)

2 cups hot water
2 package raspberry jello
2 cups cold water
8 ounces cream cheese -- rolled into balls
1/2 cup nuts -- chopped
10 ounces frozen raspberries -- thawed
1 medium lettuce
1 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Cup whipped cream

Preparation / Directions:

Pour hot water over Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Form small balls of the cream cheese, roll balls in chopped nuts. Place in a 9-inch ring mold. Pour cooled raspberry Jello in mold; add raspberries to the mixture. Chill until the Jello is set. Unmold on serving plates. Garnish with lettuce and large perfect raspberries. Top with mayonnaise with whipped cream added.
