Pear Peanut Salad

32 ounces peach or pear halves
1 cup peanuts -- chopped finely
1/2 cup celery -- minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 package salad greens

Preparation / Directions:

Drain pears, reserving syrup for later use. Mix remaining ingredients, except greens, and chill. Arrange 2 pear halves on eahc plate lined with greens. Put a spoonful of peanut mixture on each pear half.
