Parmesan Beet Salad

Ingredients:


1 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon hot mustard

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

2 pounds beet

3 cups sweet red onion

6 pieces lettuce leaves
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves-mix well cover and chill for 4-6 hours arrange lettuce leaves onto individual dishes drain salad and arrange onto lettuce leaves serve slighltly chilled or at room temperature
