Our Family Salad

Ingredients:


1 package various types of lettuce -- or combination of

3 medium cubed tomatoes

2 medium sliced red onions

1 jar pitted black olives

1 pint sliced fresh mushrooms

2 cups ceci beans -- chick peas garbanzo beans

2 medium Scallions

1 package croutons -- (fresh made are best)

1 package feta cheese -- or bleu cheese is optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


This is what our family is used to as a basic salad. It is served with my dressing as shown below.
