Mixed Green Salad

1 bunch curly endive
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 cup spinach leaves
1 medium green bell pepper
2 ribs celery
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
1/2 medium lemon -- juice of
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 Cup dry white wine
1 clove garlic

Preparation / Directions:

Place curly endive, red leaf lettuce and spinach leaves together in a bowl with bell pepper and celery. Mix together olive oil, mustard, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, white wine and garlic. Stir together until well blended. Drizzle dressing over greens and toss gently to mix. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
