Midwest Vegetable Crunch Salad

Ingredients:


2 cups broccoli flowerets

2 cups cauliflower florets

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup cherry tomatoes -- halved

1 cup sliced zucchini

3/4 cup sliced green onion

1/2 cup pitted ripe olives -- sliced

1/4 cup sliced carrot

1 cup wish-bone italian dressing -- (8 oz.)

1 jar real bacon bits -- (3 oz.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, toss with bacon.
