Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients:


1 medium bell pepper cut into strips

2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges

1 cup corn chips

1/2 cup olives drained pitted ripe

1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

6 cups lettuce bite-size pieces

1/2 cup taco sauce

1 pound ground turkey breast
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cook turkey in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat until hot. 2. Toss lettuce, corn chips, olives, tomatoes and bell pepper in large bowl. Spoon hot turkey mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
