Ingredients:


2 cans cannellini -- (white kidney beans)

2/3 cup red onion -- chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon basil

2 tablespoons wine vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
