Ham Salad Melt

Ingredients:


1/2 cup cooked ham -- diced

2 tablespoons celery -- finely chopped

2 tablespoons green bell pepper -- chopped

1 tablespoon onion -- finely chopped

1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise -- or salad v

3 drops hot pepper sauce

2 medium English muffins -- split/toasted

2 slices each American cheese -- each in 4 triangles
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine ham, celery, bell pepper, onion, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of mixture on each muffin half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes. Place 2 cheese
