Garden Salad Trenchers

Ingredients:


---salad

1 cup chopped zucchini

4 ounces diced mozzarella cheese -- (1 cup)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves -- crushed

1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes

---trenchers

1 bunch leaf lettuce or curly endive

4 package flaky crescent trenchers
 

Preparation / Directions:


In medium bowl, combine zucchini, cheese, sour cream, onion and basil; mex well. Gently fold in tomatoes. Arrange lettuce over each trencher. Spoon salad evenly over lettuce. Serve immediately -----
