Ingredients:


4 medium pears cored peeled and cubed

2 medium apples cored peeled and cubed

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

2 tablespoons chopped almonds

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups blue cheese -- crumbled
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix with spoon (tumble). Garnish with orange slices. Serve as appetizer salad or dessert.
