Ingredients:


2 medium japanese cucumber

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vinegar

3 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


halve cucumbers lengthwise and scoop out seeds cut crosswise into 1/8-inch slices place into a collander and toss with salt let stand for 15 minutes rinse very well, drain well combine cucumbers, vinegar, and sugar-mix well let stand for 15-60 minutes drain well spoon into small serving bowls garnish as desired serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
