Ingredients:

1 medium baby lettuce greens
1 medium avocado slices
1 medium red or yellow onion slices
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons lime juice
 

Preparation / Directions:

Arrange a bed of lettuce leaves. Slice on avocado and onion, sprinkle with a little salt, a drizzle of olive oil, and a squeeze of lime juice.
