Cherry Tomato Salad 2

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh dill
2 cloves garlic
3 medium scallions
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 medium cucumbers
1 bunch dill

Preparation / Directions:

In food processor combine olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, parsley, mustard, dill, garlic and scallions. Pulse until blended. Place tomatoes and cucumbers in salad bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables. Toss well. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh dill, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Approximately 6-10 minutes.
