Ingredients:


1 1/2 quarts mixed salad greens

1 medium tomato -- cut into wedges

1 medium carrot -- cut into thin strips

1/2 cup cauliflower florets

1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

1 tablespoon chopped drained pimiento

1/3 cup wish-bone lite thousand island dressing
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large bowl, combine salad greens, tomato, carrot, cauliflowerets, olives, pimiento and Wish-Bone Lite Thousand Island Dressing; toss.
