Ingredients:


1/4 cup lemon juice -- bottled

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons fat-free parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a screw-top jar, combine lemon juice, vinegar, water Parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cover and shake well. Shake before each serving. Serving Ideas : Serving Ideas: Serve as a dressing for salad greens.
