Ingredients:


1 large egg

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


break egg into a cup of hot tap water, allow to stand for 2 minutes strain to drain well combine egg with remaining ingredients in a food processor process to a smooth puree cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled
