1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 medium jalapeno chile pepper -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Mix the vinegar, juice, chile, garlic, and mustard together in a bowl. Whisk in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
